This classic mid-century modern teak side/console table is a fantastic vintage piece to enhance the decor and practicality of your home. It comes with drop leaves on both ends, extending the tabletop for extra surface area when needed and folding down flat for compact storage. Two dovetailed drawers with signature sculpted teak pull handles offer handy storage. Raised on elegant splayed sabre legs joined by a shaped stretcher bar — a hallmark of Scandinavian-influenced British MCM design from the 1960s/70s (in the style of G-Plan).
A great piece for: entryway console, sofa table, small desk, or bedside/occasional table — the drop leaves make it flexible for tight spaces.
Condition
Vintage, pre-owned — shows honest age with a warm patina to the teak. Drawers slide smoothly. One drawer has been lined in purple velvet.
