Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and weight of items purchased.

Most purchases will be sent on Pallets sized at 120 cm x 100 cm and delivered curb side unless sent via couriers. We will contact you via email when items are shipped and what day to expect delivery. The transport company driver will use their discretion as to where they can leave goods.

The transport company may request a signature for goods and someone will be required to be available to take receipt of goods should a safe place not be found or deemed suitable to leave items (this is at the discretion of the driver).

If you / or a nominated person are not going to be available on the day in person to receive goods please contact us as soon as possible via telephone or email so that we can rearrange delivery as extra charges may occur to cover losses to transport company.
