A really beautiful and unique item, featuring exquisite hand painted flowers and other details, with a lift up lift and metal handles on either side. A real statement piece, this would look fabulous in the home of someone who wants to inject a splash colour!
Please note that the paint style is intentionally 'shabby chic' and there are what appear to be cracks in the paint in some sections (see photos for close ups - across the top, down one side and near the front lock mechanism), but this is due to the more rustic style and nature of the wood used to manufacture the blanket box, and we're satisfied that it's still in extremely good, solid working condition.
